This 3-day intensive course is designed to certify and license attendees on the Lebed Method. This therapeutic, methodology of exercises and movements has been proven scientifically to improve quality of life, range of motion, posture and balance, increase upper and lower body mobility, reduce selling and frozen shoulder, increase positive body image for all Cancers, and chronic illness, including breast cancer, all cancers Lymphedema, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome. Participants will be certified and licensed as Lebed Method Instructors (CLM) - authorized to teach the Lebed Method in all community settings, including hospitals, cancer centers, community centers and fitness clubs. This course equips participant’s with marketing information and knowledge to create your own business opportunity for additional income. Participants will be entitled to the Lebed Method corporate support and access to on going information and recourses through the Washington State CLM Chapter and CLM’s world wide.
