Live lecture and online courses. This 60-clock hour real estate course satisfies Washington State’s pre-license education requirement. The program is designed to help students pass the Washington State Sales Person Licensing Exam. Students learn the basics of real estate including ownership rights and title, public restrictions on land, financing and basic loan features, purchase and sale agreements, appraisal, the escrow process, Landlord/Tenant Law and more. The instructor, Linda McLaughlin, is State Certified and has taught this course for the past 18 years. The course is co-sponsored by CENTURY 21 North Homes Realty, Inc. and is taught at their corporate training facilities.

Tuition: $299 Includes all textbooks, classroom materials and access to mock state exams. Live lecture classes are continuously on going and students can start class at anytime.
