You will learn the basics of HTML, the code that makes up many websites throughout the Internet, and how you can apply it to the various areas of your life. Do you need a website for your business? PHP and MySQL are often teamed up to create dynamic web applications. In this class you will see how to create a database driven application of your own. We will cover how to install MySQL, build databases and Tables, and work with those tables. You will then learn how to use PHP to access the data in the tables and then create web-based applications. Class is taught on the Windows platform, but is directly applicable to Linux and Unix systems. Prerequisite: PHP Level 1 or equivalent. Textbook included. (16 hours)
