As a business grows it is easy to lose track of your customers, harder to track costs, and know where you are heading financially. While larger firms have built business intelligence (BI) infrastructures to get a handle on these issues, many small to medium sized businesses feel that BI is out of their reach. It does not need to be that way. During this workshop you will build a one-page BI strategy for your own company. In the process, you will gain new perspectives on:

Tim Feetham is consultant, writer, and teacher in data warehousing and business intelligence. He is a Certified Business Intelligence Professional and has over 20 years in the business.
